Jason Root is a kinesiologist and functional health specialist.

While working in and with chiropractic, physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and personal training, he wondered why traditional methods never comprehensively solved the problem of LONGEVITY for the individual.

Over the course of a 27 year career (so far), he used his own experience, course of study, and professional positions to study the strategies of best minds in movement science and create a solution.
