In order to prevent injury and increase performance,

every sport has specific needs regarding quality of movement, strength, cardiovascular capacity and, most of all, typical injury patterns

to be addressed.

Our system pinpoints these needs and develops them for the highest quality performance an athlete can achieve in any sport.

As well, chronic pain

can have a debilitating effect on sport performance. Pain, injury, and imbalances can be caused by repetitive motion or acute trauma.

We address ‘chronic’ injury and biomechanical/biochemical imbalances to keep athletes healthy for a lifetime of performance while addressing the specific performance demands of the sport.

RootHealth services are designed to balance the body and the multiple ‘body complexes’ involved in human health and performance.


Strength and Conditioning is different for the 'recreational' athlete vs. the 'competitive' athlete. 'Recreational' does NOT MEAN that you are not competitive. It simply means that it is not your JOB to perform in a sport as it is for a Olympic, college, professional, or even high school athlete.

We must work around these parameters and create a new strength and conditioning system. And, of course....'Injury Resilience' is our primary focus...then leading into performance!
