I had a 90-minute session with Jason Root in Newport Beach and left genuinely impressed. As someone who's been a soccer referee for over a decade from competitive men’s leagues to U10 AYSO. I've been working with Jason for about a month now, and WOW. He is so knowledgable, and my posture has definitely improved! I'm feeling stronger and much of my chronic neck and shoulder pain have been alleviated. Now to work on my pelvis and get that straightened out!
