Physical Assessment

There are several levels to our assessment. The movement and performance elements are performed both in the office and on the field.

The blood analysis can be done with your healthcare practitioner, a concierge doctor, or one of our independent labs.

A DEXA scan (bone density and body composition), VO2 Max, Resting Metabolic Rate, Heart Rate Recovery can be done at Body Spec or DEXA.
